HI Aneela, you know what???
I'm just like you!!!
when I was reading your post, I finally managed to smile, because I'm just like you and also just feel like sitting on the couch and crochet:)))

I can certainly understand crochet fever when you have something that lovely upon which to work! Colors and pattern are sumptuous!

'Oh no' hope you feel better soon though sitting, crocheting and some good old switching off is a wonderful medicine in itself.

take care,

Nina x

your crochet projects are beautiful!! you can always post about those too. we love to see it all!! :) that is an art i have always wanted to learn. hopefully someday. i did do some hand stitching though this week-end and loved being able to sit on the couch doing that.

you certainly have picked yummy colors for the crochet project...in fact, your colors are always yummy! hope the ache goes away...

Sometimes you just can't fight it...I'm glad you're taking care of yourself. Enjoy your crocheting--it's a lovely project you're working on!

Your crochet is absolutely gorgeous. Sometimes it's OK to take a break from everything and just crochet. I've been doing a lot of crochet too and have 2 ripples very near complete!

Why do bloggers always apologize when they don't need to? :-)

I actually love the bottom photo - the shadows and light are very interesting against the texture of your crochet... Which you should work on. Immediately. And turn off the world for a while. No apologies. :-)

I'm in love with that bottom photo too! Enjoy the crochet...guilt free.

sometimes you just need the moment

x

As always, I love your block!! And that crochet project is full of such amazing colors, it will be beautiful when finished. Enjoy your down time, and hopefully the aches will go away soon!!

I hope you feel better soon...how beautiful are your scallops looking, just amazing, what wool are you using? Mine is coming along nicely too, in fact I might have it finished inside a month! Tam xo

I love the blue block Aneela .. I am a blue freak though .
I know exactly how it all falls into a heap somedays ... but you sound as though you have the remedy !!

feel well soon! The crochet is beautiful, hope the hook busts you out of the aches.

I hope your aches and pains don't develop into a cold. Take care of yourself and enjoy your crochet.
You provide so much inspiration with your blog, so please don't ever feel the need to apologise when you want to take some time out.
Hugs, Kelly :-)

I crochet and quilt too and though I've been on a quilting jag. I find that they feed each other. They feed my whole person both my math brain and my creative side.

Hope you are feeling better soon x

happy to look at the crochet.

Aneela...your colorful crochet is lovely! Hope you feel better really soon! Take care!

The crochet eye candy is good enough for me - i could eat it!!

Hope you and your crochet needle are feeling better.

hope you are feeling better soon ... know how you're feeling ... I get that way too and there's nothing better than a crochet hook or knitting needles and some yarn, a kitty or two or three sitting next to you and a warm blanket wrapped around you!

Loving the crochet though!

I flit between one and other and it doesn't hurt to get lost in one now and then!

hope you feel better soon.

i am sorry you feel bad but that block would make me feel a lot better. it is precious.
